In 2008, the Greater Peace Community Development Corporation, in partnership with the Bennett Group, built a 48 craftsman style home subdivision in efforts to assist low to moderate income families become homeowners. The $9 million, 26 acres development, known as Jordan’s Gates, is indisputably one of the largest community housing projects undertaken by a non-profit organization in Alabama.

Jordan’s Gates residents benefit from other GPCDC programs, which provide them the supportive services and opportunities to be active stewards of the community. The community also offers a clubhouse for entertaining, studying, and exercising along with a playground. For additional information on Jordan’s Gates call (334) 749-0480.
